This is my tenth year working at Kilby. All of my ten years have been as a second grade teacher. Prior to working at Kilby I worked as an In-Home service provider and as a cashier.
I received a B.A. degree in Psychology. I also have an M.Ed in Early Childhood Education. Both of my degrees were obtained at George Mason Universityin Fairfax, Virginia
What I like most about working at Kilby is working with the children. To work with the young, especially in an educational setting, is an honor. Secondary to that are the teachers. The teachers here at Kilby are like family. They truly care for the students and take great pride in what they do.
